Yammer is in use here. Is a nice tool, but it helps if everyone uses it, which is far from the case.

Google Docs (or Drive) has improved a fair bit over the years. Of course another option is to still use a desktop solution but save your documents into something like DropBox.

Well the survey was done by a social tracking company, so presumably they asked people that were aware of social tracking. Thus it's probably not all that representative of the wider public Smile
