More and more people are stepping away from advertising on Yellow pages. I think their main problem is their selling tactics. A yell.com representitive called one of my clients and told her she needed to renew as they had sent her thousands of referrals that year, unfortunately I could confirm that the correct figure was in fact seven.

False advertising is not the way to win a potential client's trust.

A friend of mine told me the same - they even chase you and almost argue with you!
Thank you.

So I will try on craiglist ( as it is getting more world wide)

@JohnStevenson

Can you please explain why you and Natalie are posting from the same IP. Are you a couple or one person pretending to be two people?

firstly i work in sales for Yell. If you need any search figures or any other information feel free to either ask me on here or pm me. I promise i will not try to 'sell' you anything but will take the time to have a look at the information we have and relay it to you. As with all forms of advertising it depends on what you do which will determine whether Yell is the right place. Some business types do very well and others dont, its that simple.

Hi again.
As I explained we are not a couple. Visiting the same business event we occasionally staied on the same apartment and used the same PC.
Yes we know each other.
Sorry for missing the etique.
