Is this enough for Yahoo to claw their way back into search?

Looks interesting, but is it what we want from a search engine?

No, I really think Yahoo! are on a slide that they won't get out of.

There are search engines that do this kind of thing. Yahoo is flogging a dead horse as usual and it's a complete waste of time. DuckDuckGo and Blekko are the two main alternatives to Google and Bing.

I remember you mentioning those two before, Phil, and like the look of both of them, but if I'm honest I don't find myself using them. Are they making any inroads into market share, do you know? I can't help but think they're probably not making a significant impression.

I believe Yahoo may not be around for very long, they have already merged their search with Bing (from what I have heard). It would be shame, as the search market has now become one sided.

Looks like Google is here to stay which is a shame as I find their results too restricted these days. I used to be able to find answers on forums really easily by clicking the "discussions" tab but now the results are filled with Google forum results from many years ago.
Bing has been threatening to improve it's market share for a couple of years but doesn't seem to be making up any ground (especially in the UK). Yahoo died a long time ago as far as I'm concerned.
